
Prof. Moini has received the Howard B. Wentz, Jr., Junior Faculty Award from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. This award was established to recognize the most talented junior faculty members I the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Princeton University. The award recognizes his exceptional research in the creation and advancement of the field of architected cementitious materials, along with his success in teaching and commitment to service.
Professor Moini will use this award in his research on understanding the disorder and its implications for the design and mechanics of architected materials and in the development of improved planning in robotic additive manufacturing. He is grateful for this award, which will help his group foster new exploratory directions in architected materials and robotics.
