The department is pleased to announce that Vivek Kumar, a member of the SHMlab, has been awarded the Best Poster Award - Third Place at the 9th International Conference on Structural Health Monitoring of Intelligent Infrastructure, held from August 4-7, 2019, in St. Louis, MO.  The competition was sponsored by the journal, Sensors.

The title of Vivek's paper was "Numerical Modeling of Early Age Cracks in Concrete for Long-Term Evaluation of Structure".  He is advised by Professor Branko Glisic.
