The department is pleased to announce that graduate student, Qi Li, won a student presentation award at the joint 9th International Conference on Urban Climate (ICUC)/12th American Meterological Society (AMS) Symposium on the Urban Environment.  Qi's presentation is titled "Large eddy simulation and bulk parameterization of momentum and heat transport in urban canopies: challenges and applications". 

The award will be announced in an upcoming edition of the Urban Climate News.
